⭐This short work, 102 pages, smoothly presents Micheal Faraday’s story. More significant than most realize.For example, explains that Einstein’s work was not the break with nineteenth century physics, it was Faraday who replaced Newtonian atoms with fields of force, and Einstein simply finished what Faraday and Maxwell started.Notes Einstein’s explanation that ”relativity theory as the ‘direct outcome and, in a sense, the natural completion of the work of Faraday, Maxwell and Lorentz.’ . . . This unseen belief that physical matter is really just non-physical ‘forces’ is precisely the view of all present physicists.Amazing!
