⭐In the case of such reference books as the one reviewed here “Dynamics of Droplets”, the whole purpose of buying the books depends on the need for it ie a particular reason. In my case I was interested in the splashing impact of water droplets on hard and liquid surfaces. It must be kept in mind that reference books are general references and not intended for a specific purpose. As such, this book provides a rudimentary introduction to my area of interest. It also covers the whole range of droplet interactions not only experimental results but the whole study of droplets experimental, theoretical and computational. A very wide introduction, based at times on the research of the two authors and their research institute.Its good as a general introduction but don’t expect too much in your area. Worth getting but the price tag is somewhat high.
