⭐Interesting, but there are better written books….

⭐Excellent introduction to the subject matter. Will NOT help you write a hydrocode! You will have to read journal articles for that. Good overview of the topic and excellent comments on pitfalls and mishaps in using computer codes.Assumes the reader has basic knowledge of solid mechanics and numerical methods for PDEs. Target audience is grad students and people working in this field. I wish I had this book when I started my PhD.
