⭐Good schipment

⭐Though seemingly out of date this book stands the test of time in economic history. Pitched at a critical point in economic development Gunnar Myrdal’s book not only gives a critic of the political conditions and economics position but, upon reflection from 2013, gives the reader a clear view of the transition from un-founded assumptions to the developing world of dynamic analysis.Unsullied by model promises 1953 pre-dates portfolio analysis and market hypotheses to give you a good bridge between the truly classical and the current skeptical economics. Under this bridge passes the EMH, CAPM and the crazies of economics but looking down the view shows clearly what went wrong. This should be required reading and Paul Streeten’s translation is excellent for English readers being clear, lyrical and well structured.
