Reviews from Amazon users which were colected at the time this book was published on the website:

⭐Just so people know, this book does not contain all of the answers. It will have random answers for each section. It is also not extremely clear. In other words, you need to have some clue about what you are doing. This book is a good way to follow up your calculations though and see if you got the correct answer. The textbook has a bad habit of giving the final answer very simplified sometimes, and that is where this book is really useful. It shows you how they got to that answer. Overall, if you are an average math book you should buy it. Trust me it will save you a lot of headaches on a few sections in the book. Good luck to everyone.

⭐I’m writing this review based on my time with the manual despite owning the 3rd edition textbook. This book is obviously limited to its use as not all questions from the 3rd edition are in this solutions manual however, answers are explained thoroughly and is done so in a similar fashion to the book. Not all solutions are presented, and solutions to even numbered problems are listed in the back. If you own the 4th edition, I’d recommend the buy in a heartbeat; if you own the 3rd edition like me, this is the best we’re going to get as the 3rd edition solutions manual is unfortunately out of print. This textbook[3rd edition] and its solutions manual are amazing and deserve a new version or at the very least get re-printed!

    ⭐Book was in good condition

⭐Not amazing, sometimes obtuse, but generally effective. First and second order covered mostly. Has a decent chapter on series solutions that will be nessecary for those going into partial DEs.Kind of old, but I like the format of this book. To the point, no fluff. Effective for self-study also.

⭐This book was great. I’m sad I gave it to a friend who took the class after me, because I’ve wanted to reference parts of it as I needed to do ODE’s over the years. Any other text book will do, but I found this one particularly clear.

⭐This book is pretty good. The examples are pretty helpful and can help you better understand some of the concepts. Some of the review problems in the sections are a lot more difficult than the examples given in the sections. Overall good book that is useful and will help you learn Diff. Equations.

⭐well this is the solution book to the textbook. The solutions were as much understandable as the textbook itself – not so clear. However, its a good tool to know the answers and how they got to that point.

    ⭐Too much highlighting
