⭐This review is for the kindle version only. Please do not buy it! If you are reading it on a kindle, the equations and the inline math are too small to be read. They do not scale (you can not enlarge them); only the text can be magnified. Even on the computer, the math is not easy on the eyes (of course, I mean no offence to the authors; this is not a review of the contents of the book).
