Reviews from Amazon users which were colected at the time this book was published on the website:
⭐really was hoping to find a wealth of great information and formulas and how to’s and real world implications etc etc etc….but it wasn’t exactly what i was looking for or what i expected. AND it doesn’t even include some of the coolest features and capabilities that i’ve discovered about excel. this is a good book if you’re LITERALLY just looking for a bland, straightforward look at formulas and functions sans any insight into how powerful and cool excel really is!p.s. NO, i’m not a math teacher! LOL
⭐Great book.! Love the way it is written. Easy to understand and examples led to my applications for my personal use and growth.
⭐Excelentes condiciones.
⭐The book is excellent! I keep this in my office as a reference as I use these functions everyday.
⭐This book does a nice job on reviewing formulas and functions. It covers a lot of functions that other books gloss over or don’t mention such as arrays, rounding, date/time functions etc.It spends a lot of time on logic and lookup functions. Best of all, it uses good business examples that help explain how to use the function. My big gripe with the book is that at times it skips details and just assumes the reader knows how to do something or understands why you would want to do something. Personally, I think the 2003 version explained details a little bit better however I still think that this is one of the better books out there for people wanting to use formulas and functions in a business environment. If you are looking for a book on solver and what-if however there are a lot better books out there.
⭐I strongly recommend this book for anyone who wants to learn Excel for any reason. The only thing you may be disappointed with is that they do not cover ALL formulas that exist in Excel. However, realize that the book will teach you how to use formulas, at which point you can get the syntax of any formula online for free in Microsoft forums.
⭐Thank you.
⭐This book is great for folks are just need a refresher in writing formulas and using the functions. shipped on time
⭐Good
