    ⭐Book arrived in excellent condition.

    ⭐Helpful!

    ⭐Very helpful.

⭐I got into computers a little late in life at age fifty-seven, and had only been exposed to a PC. Seven years later I was given a MacBook and was totaly lost. This book came to the rescue.I’m still no expert, but I’m in no hurry. I’m happy with this book and, now with my MacBook. Bye Bye PC. I would have given the book five stars, but I have only gotten about fifty pages into it.

⭐As expected it’s a basic volume with a friendly, reassuring tone. It helped a lot to overcome initial anxieties, and to foster a lot of eagerness to master a smart machine. It started to show its limitations at the point of explaining how to use various applications. I found very limitted help when trying to burn audible books to CD’s. As a slightly wiser dummy I am still trying to figure that out……

⭐I will be able to get up to speed on the Mac but I will need a later version soon.

⭐This is a great general reference to the Macbook. I only wish I had payed closer attention to the Edition I was ordering. I needed the 2nd edition and had to re-order. Most of the book is the same, but the new Leopard OS was only in the 2nd edition…Otherwise a great purchase!

⭐Great book, It would be nice to have bought a more up to date version, barley covers anyhing on I chat, other than that it really helps out if your a beginner. Not as huge as most help you mac books out there. Easy refrence guide to get you the info you need.

⭐Unnecessarily ‘wordy’ in attempt to be amusing which I found rather annoying and distracting – The first thing I notice that was missing was any useful information about facetime, but that was the eighth edition. Maybe that will be rectified by the time the next edition is released.

⭐purports to be written in simple language that novices could understand. Not at all clear, certainly not simple for novices.

    ⭐Good, as expected

⭐this book is out of date

    ⭐Good
