Reviews from Amazon users which were colected at the time this book was published on the website:
⭐I never thought there were so many ways to find happiness . Believe me in this day and time ,I need all the happiness I can get.
⭐I’ve long felt htat some people are able to be happier than others, because they KNOW something that others don’t. Often I’ve been one of those people, but as I get older, I find that sometimes it isn’t the case. Something seems missing and I can’t say what, etc. This book goes through many areas of life and how to define and improve your “happiness”. I regularly find interesting things while reading this and call my wife over so I can read them to her.Nicely writen, and great ideas!
⭐Seems like a stupid thing to buy, I am so glad I bought it!!! Helpful, realistic, humorous & interesting
⭐Excellent read.Especially if you’re in dire times and you’re an emotional wreck. It helps give you some guidance when you just can’t think straight.
⭐This is definitely a good read!
⭐I haven’t finished it, but I am enjoying the positive and constructive attitude of the author. I am pleased so far.
⭐I love the excerises that get your mind thinking more positively. How to end and start your day with a better mind set. How important balance is for everything, not just eating. I found this book helpful in reminding me of the everyday pleasures I over looked, I use to focus on a few small problems that occur on a daily basis. If you are open minded and think you couldn’t be any more so, this book will open your eyes beyond what you thought was possible.
⭐The DK book called Happy Retirement the Psychology of Reinvention has a more thoughtful internal recalibration of who were , are, and will be . It seems that many of these books urge more golf, more travel, and more social contact. I like the DK book the emphasis is on the psychological questions of self reexamination. All for the amazing price of a few bucks because Amazon sells used books too, or even your library.
⭐Fabulous.
⭐same comment as on “anger management”. Behaviour related subject books are not usually read by people who don’t need help.Good thing about it is that I have no aprehention at getting rid of it.
