Reviews from Amazon users which were colected at the time this book was published on the website:

⭐I bought this because i was learning to day trade stocks but found out that daytraders do not trade using fundamentals, thats more for long term trading but i am still glad i bought it just in case. Alot of info in this book for just starting to learn about investing.

⭐It will always be fundamental analysis v. technical analysis. This review is definitely inside the fundamental side. This book is easy to follow with great examples. It walks you through almost everything. It’s both for beginners and intermediates. You need to do fundamental analysis, along with learning to read financial reports, in order to become proficient with your investments. It’s your money. You need to learn how to take care of it.

⭐this is a very good book many important concepts & subjects that this book covers in easy to understand terms. it’s a well put together book in easy to follow format it’s a good book for all levels of traders advanced to newcomers . this is a must book for those that want to learn & become a long term investor.

⭐Matt Krantz has done a remarkable job in covering every aspect of fundamental analysis. He touches on every subject just enough to gain an understanding. I enjoyed how he walks you through practical applications through examples and even how to use the Hewlett Packard 12C Financial calculator. He also provides great historical examples and even very useful websites. The book has been very useful in my quest to understanding how companies operate, how the market works, and how other variables interact with investors. This book will go in my reference library.

⭐Having read books on Benjamin Graham’s and Warren Buffets approach to investing I was, from that point on, firmly in the value investing camp. This book gives you the analytical tools you need to really assess the true worth of a company and filter out the ‘market noise’ on any particular stock. In addition it clearly explains the value of each measurement and more importantly that the sum of the whole is greater than the parts i.e. to rely on any one measurement is foolish. Not all analysis can be quantatitive, qualitative is just as vital and again the book provides insights into how to conduct analysis in this area enabling you to read between the lines of any company information as well as identify the ‘gottcha’s’ out there. All in all another fine piece of work from Krantz.

⭐Extremely interesting! I’ve always been interested in the stock market. This book reinforced what I already knew and gave me a greater insight into some of the areas of the stock market that I was a little hazy in. I recommend this book for those dummies like me that have a couple bucks to invest.

⭐As a introductory publication on Fundamental Analysis of shares, like all of the For Dummies books is well written and easy to read. The author although from a journalistic background has obviously spent a lot of time coming to terms with the concepts and methodology of Fundamental Analysis. For anyone starting out in the stock market whether a Fundamental analyst or Technical analyst this is a must read.

⭐Great read for those interested in the financial markets. The book is easy to follow and understand. Some of the examples are basic, but the idea is to understand the methodology. I encourage anyone interested in the financial scene to read this book.

⭐Gets really into the details, but it’s still a very good read, with lots of good real-world examples, and practical information. Yes, it’s US centric, but you can probably work out what’s needed for looking at UK companies.

⭐An excellent source of information for anyone wanting to invest in the US stock market, with lots of American terminology and US websites. For an English reader these are not so helpful. The basic principles of fundamental analysis however, are the same on both sides of the Atlantic, so you can still gain a lot from reading this book.

⭐arrived as described and on time

⭐It appears that this is written solely for the US market. No UK equivalents are given especially for the recommended websites. A pity since the author and publishers will be making quite a nice profit from the UK market.

    ⭐Excellent
