⭐I agree with Ancient Icon, I am a senior developer my self, but this book did not help me at all, I tried the first example myself for few times, and I never got it right. I purchased this book to make simple banners and ads for my websites, however I could not learn anything from it. Publisher is telling about a lot what you can learn from this book, but non is true. At the end I asked myself who is the dummy? readers or writers?

⭐It gives some idea of the process of putting it into a format that can be used on the web, but I would suggest a live class to learn where to find the various menus and triggers to click.

⭐I guess I’ll need to be demoted to an idiot because this dummies’ book is hard to follow. They should change the title to Advanced Flash!

⭐Shipping was fast. Product is as described. Has a new, healthy, & dry home. I’ll feed it twice a day and give it LOTS of love and attention.

⭐All the DUMMIES books are good!

⭐Great book for mastering flash and learning all of the new features in CS3. Dummies books are the best reference guides. Thumbs up five stars!

⭐There’s a huge index which is so helpful when trying to find one bit of information. There’s also pages full of what icons mean – also very handy. The contents at the beginning is huge also, making it so easy to find specific details. 390pages full of really good, how to do stuff in Flash. There’s humour too, which always helps when studying!

⭐I am a student and was finding it hard to remember how to do certain things in flash,so this book was a god send!helped me finish my project too

⭐This is not going to be a long review.This dummy book is a great way to get into flash with one small problem, its not that accurate. It has some gaps, but as long as you go online you can look up anything you dont quite follow. Some parts could be a little clearer, and some things are mentioned, but not referenced to a proper explanation later in the book. Reading through the book and trying various projects is the way to use this book. Its an ok introduction for the novice.With CS3 flash, if you are3 going to draw your own vector graphics, get yourself a tablet. Asda do a trust one thats £21 and allows you to make some great vector drawings that look amazing.Sorry if you want to have things explained to you so that you can learn flash, this is not the book for you.

⭐I bought this to get into Flash, but it really is for dummies, not for people with some knowledge of Flash.It isn’t set out in projects, it’s a graphical night-mare too.BIG mistake buying it. Sorry I think the whole range of “Dummie” books is a waste of shelf space.BB
