Reviews from Amazon users which were colected at the time this book was published on the website:

⭐Dummies books are, and always have been my go-to resources for all things Microsoft Office. They are written in a very direct, and often humorous manner, and contain numerous “screen shots”. This Dummies book will eliminate the need to take costly classes.I’m a pretty advanced at Excel, and use it quite a bit in my line of work, which is Business Intelligence. This book contains all the advanced formulas and functions to take my spreadsheets to the next level. I keep it on hand in my office to refer to.

⭐Only had this for a little while. Bit of a hard read unless you are sitting in front of your computer and working what they say then you may not get a good understanding of the process.

⭐Great if you have an application in mind and want to know what formulas to use to get the result you want. Step by step instructions are easy to follow.

⭐I’m sorry, I never give one star ratings but this book was disappointing. It is basic, basic only. If you already know how to SUM, AVERAGE, COUNT, SUMIF and COUNTIF, there is very little more to interest you here. Even the cheat sheet that is on the dummies.com web site has only 19 functions listed and again, only the most basic ones. Perhaps I expected an encyclopedia, but this falls far short of anything like that. I did, however, find a different outstanding book on formulas and functions. My advice is shop around and read the reviews to get what you want.

⭐Quick delivery. I love the “for dummies” brand. Great price. Highly recommended.

⭐This is a very helpful book. I really needed it. worth the buy.

⭐Not for coffee table reading but excellent for Excel users who are not well versed in functions and formulas. Step-by-step instruction is very good.

⭐Great book. Wonderful reference given its organization and comprehensive coverage of the functions of Excel. I keep this book handy whenever I start a new Excel project!

⭐Excel formulas did seem very complicated to me (I’ve never loved maths!!!) but once you understand the basics of it, you can’t stop trying new formulas!

⭐Great

⭐Perfect for work and home – one of the best aide memoires I have used. Thanks this is making excel much easier to use

⭐Brilliant for absolute beginners. Difficulty is when you have followed all the instructions and your formulas still don’t work!!

⭐Bit hard to understand, but will get used to it
