⭐The kindle version is full of typographical errors. Missing mathematical symbols, square-root symbols with nothing under them, superscript and subscripts where the symbol they supposedly are attached to is missing…. All this leaves one to guess what the author meant. Cambridge Univ. Press and/or Amazon need to work on this. If I was the author, I’d be offended. As a customer, I am, too.
