Reviews from Amazon users which were colected at the time this book was published on the website:
⭐Even though this is a project book, it is still a valuable resource to novices and the curious as it contains educational information.
⭐This Electronics Projects For Dummies Paperback by Earl Boysen and Nancy C. Muir is a good little project book for the newbie who wants to begin learning about project work and learning electronics. The Table of Contents is not lacking in stated projects and the instruction are thorough for a novice to take on and succeed in making these easy and not so easy projects. This book correctly give you some guidance to begin elsewhere to gain some basic electronics knowledge and encourages safety when you are doing any electronics projects using power. If you have a liking for learning something new, about electronics, or if you have dabbled in it before, there are many easy plans for your project building endeavors. I have enjoyed going through it, an so far find it interesting how the author has included, ideas, pictures, lists of materials and sources for them for the reader. I will pick up this book occasionally when I see the “dummies” reference and will try to build some of these projects, of course, with my own mods and updates to newer parts and pieces, which are evermore available since this book was written. I like it.
⭐Overall the book is full of information that will cater both beginners and professionals in the field of electronics projects. The only downside is that unlike the ebook version, the paperback version has black and white diagrams and photos. But this does not affect the instruction process of the book.
⭐The low quality black and white photos make it impossible to check your breadboard layouts visually. C’mon people! You forked out for a color cover…do the rest! Or make them available online!
⭐This book has so many projects and ideas to help me teach my students reading schematics and following the easy step by step instructions.
⭐A very interesting and informative book. Well worth a read
⭐Of what I have studied of the book so far, it is a very good book to help you with working on electronic projects
⭐Never read it. I wanted to learn the basics, but this was more about simple projects and things like that .
⭐Brought as a present but looked good!
⭐OK for reference
⭐I like electronics and hope to make some of the projects in the near future. Electronically delivered immediately great reference book.
⭐An interesting book, prompt delivery.
⭐This is exactly what i was looking for. Now comes the long road of learning. 🙂
