⭐I had to get these books for my American Literature 2 class. They came perfectly packaged and were not bent at all! Definitely recommend these for class!

⭐I am used to be able to make highlights and notes for my classes. There was not a way to do so with this. I may as well have a book, that was easier to read, save, mark, and type from. Very frustrating to have the changes from Kindle books to this style of eBook.

⭐The two books that I got were in good condition but I really didn’t like that I only got two when I was supposed to get all three.

⭐Love the Norton Anthologies. Have ordered several for school as an English major. The work included is phenomenal, the depth of authors from various genres is appreciated and useful. The historical perspectives and critical analysis of works, as well as bios,and timelines are so appreciated. Love the anthologies so much I have ordered two that are not required for my major. Now necessarily a complaint but rather a, “prepare yourself,” the books can be huge, and the paper is very thin-but appropriate for me and the way I handle books. Maybe i am not supposed to say this but they are often cheaper through Amazon than on the WW Norton site.

⭐Although, I was not satisfied with my first purchase, Bookline made sure to help me find the best solution to my problem as fast as possible. They are people who care about about their customers and we need those kind of people. I would definitely recommend them without a second thought.

⭐So I have mixed feelings about this whole experience. This was, in fact, what was advertised and it was what I needed for my course. However, when the package arrived, it was shrink-wrapped with a warning label on the outside of the texts stating I couldn’t return the material if the wrapping was bronen. Seems silly to have a rental textbook shrink-wrapped with a warning label not to open it. This seemed very scam-like. So I reached out to Amazon and asked them if I can open the shrink-wrap to access my books. After 10 minutes on chat, the representative had to get approval and annotate in my account that it was okay for me to break the shrink-wrap on the package. Apparently I would have been CHARGED for removing the wrapping if I hadn’t checked first. The representative even told me i needed to be careful with the covers of the texts so I wouldn’t be charged. Absolutely ridiculous that I had to get authorization to open a rental textbook. I’ll use Chegg next time.

⭐Exactly what is needed for college. Thank you. I like the Norton Anthology series very much.
