Reviews from Amazon users which were colected at the time this book was published on the website:

⭐I was also looking for a simple and quick read on Digital Photography. I found that I could only take the book in small bits at a time because it was dense and complicated. Maybe it was me but I found it hard to read. I also found the way that the author skipped over the Image Sensor information – saying it was too scientific – misleading. I picked up another book and the author described it in simple terms that was so easy to comprehend that I put this book down. I usually donate books I am finished with to my local library but I couldn’t see myself doing it this time so I tossed it.

⭐Wanted a simple guide to help me out with my digital camera . Not what I was looking for.

⭐Love this book. Has really help me on my beginners journey into photography. Makes all the terminology easy to understand. And there is a bit of humor thrown in, to keep it fun!

⭐It is very important to understand the “big picture“ of any subject before being given finer details. This book presents digital photography fundamentals in exactly this manner. Big picture explanations of all topics/techniques were followed by examples of when you might want to use them and enough detail on how to do so that it was simple to locate the subject features on my particular camera and test them out.

⭐I found this book to be a valuable resource for me, as a beginning digital photographer. It covers all the important topics, and explains concepts in an easy-to-understand way. Please mark if you find my review helpful. Thank you so much!

⭐Great book. Simple easy to read and understand. I bought a canon rebel last year. I have kept it on auto since day one because I was intimidated by my first dslr camera. Its time to move forward and see what I can learn!!!

    ⭐Very useful

⭐As an amateur food blogger and photographer, I knew nothing about how to use the features on my camera. After reading this book, I can say with confidence that I now know more than enough to navigate my Canon Rebel T6i. The book is helpful, clear, and easy to read. It helped this beginner a ton!
