Reviews from Amazon users which were colected at the time this book was published on the website:

⭐This is a good, clearly written book about what is essentially a flawed product. BlackBerry phones have built their reputation as serious business tools for e-mail and secure messaging and in my own opinion still lead the World in these areas. Unfortunately, once you stray outside this specialist area it becomes obvious why the likes of Apple have almost forced RIM out of business. This is a good book if you want to make the most out of BlackBerry’s strong points but it cant compensate for the fact that RIM is simply falling further and further behind with the other things that users now take for granted such as Facebook integration and a genuinely good quality camera. (I have not yet tried any of the new generation of Blackberry devices which run Blackberry OS 10 so when I have done that I may have to eat my words.)
