⭐This book is very insiteful and has many facts on acne. It is very helpful and shows how and why acne starts and how to try and treat it. The book isn’t extremely long but it is worth the trouble. If you have acne of any kind then this is the book for you.

⭐I’ve had this book in the past and gave it to someone having acne problems. I have practiced this method for my acne years ago. It’s a common sense way to control acne, with out taking all the antibotics that todays Doctors prescribe.
