Description

Data Structures: Abstraction and Design Using Java, 3rd Edition, combines a strong emphasis on problem solving and software design with the study of data structures. The authors discuss applications of each data structure to motivate its study. After providing the specification (interface) and the implementation (a Java class), case studies that use the data structure to solve a significant problem are introduced.

User’s Reviews

Reviews from Amazon users which were colected at the time this book was published on the website:

⭐The authors write at a level that is understandable by someone who is at an introductory level of coding.

⭐Great Book

⭐This book sucks. It doesn’t explain new concepts appropriately. This is actually not so much a review from me but from my fellow students. I have known Java for 10+ years so I didn’t really read the book for class, but they all hated it. I looked into a few topics they mentioned that they had issues with and I could quickly see after reading the book’s content why they were having issues. Poorly written book. Definitely confusing for newbies.

⭐very bad and printed black and white and quality is bad for the paper.
