Reviews from Amazon users which were colected at the time this book was published on the website:
⭐The book is required by our professors in DePaul university and it is very nice book. When we do some questions we found the book has a couple of wrong answers. Otherwise, it is a self teaching book!
⭐This is a good book to have and it is very helpful with math. It makes learning easy. Good Book!!
⭐It is the best math text book I’ve had, but the wording of the problems can be a little confusing.
⭐Covers a lot of topics in my math class. Not too difficult, but has a lot of different problems to test yourself. 5 out of 5.
⭐Came in good condition
⭐My only problem with this textbook is that it somehow words math problems in ways that are vague and assuming. Not assuming of your mathematical knowledge, mind you, assuming that would be understandable. In many problems the problem assumes that the reader understands various elements of the problem itself, that are not otherwise specified within the problem or the lesson. This is increasingly frustrating as one remembers the earlier chapters of this text championing the Polya Problem Solving Method, the first step of which is “to understand the problem”. Many problems within this text are overly assuming and poorly worded in a way that prohibits an understanding of the problem, and does not offer sufficient material to compensate.
⭐I did enjoy this book, and I shouldn’t wait that long to thank amazon for this great offer.
⭐Nice book and in great condition
⭐No defect! Great!
⭐Very good!
