⭐Great book for beginners! I am reading it and learned quite a lot from the book. Very readable to non-mathematicians and students.

⭐This book is wonderful for beginners in K-theory of operator algebras because it also covers some fundamentals from other subjects that are needed. The proofs are always very clear. The best of it are the excercises! Very many details of K-theory and its applications become clear when you do the excercises.

⭐The book gave sufficient overview at the very beginning. It help me carry on reading and gradually discover how those statements he claimed at the beginning work. The most efficient way of reading this book is jumping for and back between chapter(It was suggested by the author). Personally I don’t think this will be a good choice as teaching material but using for one own sake for understanding the subject, this book is an excellent choice.
