⭐This is an excellent book containing detailed derivations of equations of macroscopic physics based on quantum statistical mechanics. In that respect it is rather unique. It is not a simple read, you have to read it with a pen and paper, however, it is rather detailed and one can actually go through it. It is rather mathematical, so I’d recommend it only to those who would like to understand theoretical condensed matter in detail. The authors are well known theoretical physicists from Russia.
