⭐This book is a basic stydy of adminstrative behaviour. It is easy to read and very informative. I should have read this 20 years earlier.

⭐30 ans d’armée (officier) + 10 ans de professorat (interprétation, théorie de la décision):Analyse volontairement observationnelle et non critique d’une administration idéale, qui n’aborde donc pas les défaillances existantes ou potentielles. De plus, absence de remise en cause de la compétence indiscutable de l’autorité, y compris dans les niches d’expertise ou de spécialisations. Du coup, ce livre, considéré comme la référence, voire la bible de l’organisation d’entreprise, de sa psychologie, à l’origine du mouvement de suprématie des écoles de commerces et des MBA de gestion dans le management est plus que décevant, car idéaliste naïf, expliquant en partie les dysfonctionnements flagrants et les échecs d’une telle conclusion plus politique que scientifique. C’est d’autant plus ironique, que l’auteur, prix Nobel d’économie, prend souvent comme exemple modèle le management militaire.
