User’s Reviews

Editorial Reviews: From Booklist The Rich Dad series, begun in 1997, is based on Kiyosaki’s childhood observations of the lessons passed down by his father, a well-educated wage slave, versus those of his closest friend’s father, an eighth-grade dropout and multimillionaire. The difference, he determined, is that the poor and middle class work for money, but the rich let money work for them. The wisdom passed on by the rich dad is a type of financial literacy that is never taught in schools. Kiyosaki also developed a board game, Cashflow 101, which is used in his seminars to generate ideas on how to achieve financial independence. This book, the seventh in the series, contains real-life stories of people who applied the Rich Dad principles to their lives and are moving from the rat race of employment to the role of business owner and investor. In their own words, regular folks show how they went from financial struggle and crisis to taking control of their financial education and future. Reviews from Amazon users which were colected at the time this book was published on the website:

⭐I’ve read some of the negative comments coming from those who purchased the Rich Dad books or audio cd’s. I think many of them come from no real basis at all. To the one person who commented that it is hard to find a bank that will give you 95% LTV; many if not most banks are in fact doing that. I Got one from GMAC for a property I purchased last year. In fact I purchased several with 100% financing in the last couple years; so they are out there my friend if you look for them. For starters get into a good R.E investment club, and if they are worth they’re weight they will point you in the right direction. They aren’t expensive, at about 250 to 500/yr average (Don’t fall for the scams that will take you for thousands of dollars..), and they generally do a good job of getting you real information you need to take the next step. For the person who blasted the RD Success Stories, but then went on to say that after reading R.D.P.D he bought 110 properties; well, I guess Kiyosaki’s book did help after all now didn’t it….Guys bottom line, Take the books or audio cds for what they are worth, for inspiration and motivation, but your going to have to really get out there and put the work into it which means becoming more “financially literate..” which will help ensure your financial R.E goals. R.D. is just the start. Follow up on other educational material that gives you more nuts and bolts of investing. And of course, I cannot stress this enough, if you not involved in a “GOOD” R.E. Investment Club, then get up and find one in your area and start going regularly. Thats your next starting point on your way to making good R.E. Investments…Sorry for being longwinded but sometimes it takes detailed words to get the message across.Good luck, God Bless

⭐This book is very good!

⭐The information and personal stories were very genuine.

⭐Listening to these CDs can be very encouraging, especially when you hear of people from all walks of life who found success. There are stories of many who made positive changes when they made up their mind to improve their lives rather than accept the status quo.

⭐Love all Kiyosaki’s books. They have helped me so much. This one is great if you are just starting out trying to understand investing…

⭐I enjoy all of his books and appreciate his practical advice.

⭐Not found.

⭐This book is interesting to see how normal people started inversting in real estate and are now on their way to being financially independent. The main point of interest for me was the description of how these people changed their mental habits. Also, for someone considering investing in real estate, the figures that are given in almost every chapter will give an idea of the ratios that have to be reached to really be investing. However, this book was not nearly as valuable as Dolf de Roos’ volume in the same Rich Dad Poor Dad series.I was a bit disappointed to find that the only road to financial independance described here was real estate investment: nothing about growing your own business here.
