User’s Reviews

Reviews from Amazon users which were colected at the time this book was published on the website:

⭐It was an amazing summary to some useful tools behavioural science can offer to companies. I put it in the consumer behaviour category and am hoping the authors may consider writing a similar reference guide for OB.

⭐This book delivers truly actionable ideas in every chapter. If you own a business of any kind, you’ll find strategies for increasing sales one way or another. This book also teaches things about human nature you didn’t realize could be possible. Don’t you want to be one of the few people on this earth who know how to use these tools to their advantage?

⭐I have been fascinated by, and putting into practice, what I’ve been learning from Dan Ariely and other behavioral economists ever since my first contact with it. This is one of the best practical books there are, if not the best one. Do I need to say more?

⭐Lots of great tips and insights. Dan Ariely really knows how people behave and how this behavior can be used.

⭐If you know Fogg’s Behaviror Model including Ability, Motivation, Trigger, this books will help to illustrate the model more with detailed action plans. The book teaches you how to increase users’ Ability to take actions, how to raise their Motivation to take actions and take actions at the ideal timing. For the Ability section which they called Path of Least Resistance, its great and very useful. For the Motivation and Trigger, they cover some commonly useful tactics based on human behavirors. I find Yukai Chou’s Actionable Gamification book more sufficient and completed on the Motivation part. Overall, the book is exactly what it’s called Workbook. You know for sure what to do with your stuff after reading this. One more thing, the price is a bit costly for what the book teach you.

⭐This book has some nice insights into social psychology and explains at least one or more ideas in an understandable way that is better than some other books I have read.

⭐This is a very interesting and useful book. Reading it left me wanting to know more about the researchers’ methods, other studies, data, etc. The ideas presented are great and the questions are useful. It would be greatly improved by some proofreading. There were so many typographical errors that they actually distracted from the content.

⭐The fundamentals you need to apply behavioral economics to your product design and marketing efforts.

⭐This is a short guide for Marketing people. Authors has described different human nature and their reactions in verious condition. Useful guide on how to promote your products, distinguished it and be.the market leader for long time by using human nature & perception. Book is too overpriced consider the contents so have 4 star. Can read in kindle unlimited instead of purchasing.
