⭐I took two continuum mechanics courses from Dr. Asaro and found this book, along with his lectures, to be incredibly helpful and informative – even for many other courses in FEM or structural dynamics, etc. Great reference. I recommend it highly.

⭐This is a good book for those who want to learn or refresh the principles of mechanics of solids and materials.

⭐The book is in very good quality. However, the content is too difficult for me. but the fist chapter is useful and i just browse the rest chapters.

⭐I needed it for a class. Not a book I will ever reference again. Buy it used if you can. Or don’t take a class where this book is required.
