Description
This provocative book examines some of the principal attributes traditionally ascribed to God in western theism, particularly omniscience and omnipotence. From his discussion of a number of related topics, including a comprehensive treatment of the problem of the relations between divineforeknowledge and human freedom, Kenny concludes that there can be no such being as the God of traditional natural theology.

It deserves close attention from all who care about the philosophy of God.”–Philosophical Review About the Author Anthony Kenny is at Rhodes House, Oxford.
Reviews from Amazon users which were colected at the time this book was published on the website:
⭐I have long been interested how Greek philosophy influenced the interpretation and development of Christian theology and doctrine. This book gave some interesting insights into understanding of Christian beliefs. I can see how Greek philosophy has somewhat been incorporated into the Savior’s doctrine. It does evidence the philosophies of men mingled with scripture. The vendor was excellent. The book was in mint condition and arrived quickly without any issues.
⭐Purchased as a gift. All arrived on time and as described. Good introduction to an interesting area of study.
