⭐Cohen-Macaulay rings is a very advanced but extremely well written book. Despite its title, there is a great deal of general Commutative Algebra theory developed in this book that is not necessarily about Cohen-Macaulay rings. My only complaint about the book is the binding. Within a month of owning the book, I have had to tape pages which had fallen out back into the book. The lack of quality in the binding is quite frustrating, especially considering how expensive this book is.
