⭐This has been very helpful to me. I am a writer and use Grammarly, but I want to be able to write without Grammarly. I may never have all the rules memorized, but it is getting easier to recognize the pitfalls and correct them before Grammarly does it. It is well written with a little humor and I love that Geraldine not only gives you the answers, but tells you why. I now realize I know more than I thought, but not as much as I want to know. Thanks Geraldine.

⭐I am now on my second copy, having worn out the first. I teach English grammar in an adult rehab program. I refuse to use books written for children to teach adults. Many of the examples are silly, but because of that the concepts explained are easy to teach and remember.

⭐The book seems helpful enough and is a good supplement for my son’s middle school studies. However, the Kindle version completely lacks any links between questions/exercises and answers. That makes the electronic version much less useful than it would be otherwise.

⭐An excellent grammar book, used by my English instructor to aid in grammar exercises and a great resource to refresh our memory of grammatics.Easy to read and understand!

⭐I am a professional tutor. Every student who wants to improve their grammar works in Geraldine’s workbook.Get the workbook. It has exercises to write out.Geraldine is funny. Any teenager would enjoy at least some of her humor as she teaches the intricacies of the English rules of grammar!

⭐I was working with another grammar book and couldn’t understand why I got things wrong. Then I got this one and it’s great, she explains the answers and I understand why I got things wrong. She’s also funny and has fun examples.

⭐I agree with many of the other reviews I read about the lame attempt at humor, but it was exactly what I wanted as far as the content of the workbook. It is a great refresher course for those of us that just want to keep our skills fresh. If you are wanting to learn grammar, this is not the tool, there is simply not enough information. It is clearly intended as a refresher.

⭐Great book to prepare for college, ACT, SAT, or just to brush up on what you have forgotten. I taught high school English and ACT prep for 8 years and used this book more than the textbook. It actually makes learning fun! Highly recommended!
