⭐The author started flipping homes as a teenager in the 70’s with $900 from his grandmother then proceeds to tell the reader to return the book if you don’t currently own a home. Wondering if the author owned a home at 19? He suggests if the reader currently rents their home they lack savvy. Whether I own or not is irrelevant. The author’s statement insults and discourages smart people who, for example, may not have the means for 20% down, but want to create that wealth from flipping. Lucky you, author, to have had help getting started. Your words made my stomach turn. Anyway, I am doing as asked and returning the book, and will donate the proceeds to charity. NOTE: Google the author. He’s been under FBI investigation and has gone bankrupt.

⭐Just took a $2,000 course on this subject, and bought this book to fill in any gaps. Topics covered in the 3 day course wernoticed a lot of the important e also covered in this book. But if I hadn’t taken the course, I might not have noticed a lot of them as really important because they were very briefly covered. But they are there, so read carefully and take all as important.

⭐A lot of good information. It does not cover all possible pitfalls, but has enough negative/positive information to make sure you don’t got into flipping blindly.

⭐Alot of important information in here that other books won’t tell you about what to do and how.

⭐They reduced the size of the books & the print. But not the price

⭐EXCELLENT BOOK!!!!!! Highly recommend

⭐Good common sense information. It would impossible for any writer to provide detailed, specific information on any particular project, but this one gives good pointers and a sense of direction… along with some good tips of things to avoid.

⭐UK buyers beware, this book is written for the American market

⭐Good advice book but for the American market so it does not include uk tax info
