⭐The original of this book, as indicated in the Table of Contents, has 527+ pages. The reproduction that I received has only 251 pages, and ends in the middle of Chapter XIII. Additionally, the copyright page is missing. It may be that only this specific copy is defective, but that is impossible to know.

⭐Beware of nonstandard editions of this classic. The 1957 revised edition lists Hille & Phillips as co-authors and runs to over 800 pages.
