    ⭐各章を一人ずつ書いています。よって、章ごとの関連性はありません。章立てをざっと書いてみると、化学センサー、雷、MHD発電、放電、熱電変換、単粒子検出、放射線検知、負イオンを含む粒子からの光電子スペクトル、燃焼、プラズマ中の粒子衝突、サブミリ波によるリモートセンシング、高エネルギー粒子ビーム、軍事応用などでになります。Applied とあるように、基礎的なことは書いてありません。弾性衝突、非弾性衝突、衝突断面積、電離、イオン化、光子のエネルギー、パッシェンの法則などが言葉だけではなく量や数値で理解できている人向きです。発行年が30年以上前と古く、トピック的な内容ですので、参考にならない向きが多いかもしれません。放電ランプのぺニング効果の具体的な数値を知りたくて、この類の本を大人買いしました。現代の教科書では参考書では見ることができなくなった数表やグラフが多数ありました。
