Reviews from Amazon users which were colected at the time this book was published on the website:

⭐It’s a good but when I got it pages we’re starting to rip out the book… I had to fix it.

⭐I was rather disappointed to find that some of the pages (I haven’t looked through all of them yet, so I don’t know how many) have pencil markings left inside of it. The general wear on the page edges (it is a softcover book) and even the minor separation of the binder (only a very small amount on the bottom corner) are to be expected with a used book, but someone’s notes inside the book will be quite annoying to have to erase, and there’s no telling if the markings will still be somewhat visible after erasing.

⭐I’m not sure what I’m supposed to review but it arrived on time for my class and it’s in good shape

⭐the hard copy or “paperback” version in this listing does NOT include the MindTap access code.

⭐I have been looking where I can purchase only the access code, but there is no option available, I had to but the book which includes an access code. I bought the ebook, but it doesn’t have any access code.

⭐Not boring, good for grammar and speaking improvements

⭐Missing components. Does not have full pages and missing access code. I need an access code to take my class :/

⭐FIT requires students to buy Cengage product (for online exams) and rent this book. Otherwise, students cannot take exams and therefore fail the class. If you can avoid dealing with Cengage, please do. If you cannot, like me, here are some tips:1. Cengage and its partner Chegg traffic student info. These guys figured out how they can circumvent FERPA and other privacy laws by partnering with colleges. So, do not store your credit card info with them. If you must, use a visa/mc gift card (works just like debit card). Dont use real college name on Chegg2. Learn French on your own with the help of Internet resources. Dont bother using Flash Cards, career services, and other crap from Cengage.. .they’re all just a trap to get your info, spam you and sell your info to their partners. Cengage and Chegg are just fraud websites to traffic student info, send them all kinds of fake/fraudulent job offers (job spam) through their partners, fake financial aid and scholarship offers and share student billing info3. Only use Cengage for testing modules, home work, quizzes etc…that way you can still pass your class.4. Next time, if a class requires you to shell out $130+ just for taking exams, take the online version of the class itself

⭐I purchased this book for my French class, assuming it came with the access code because its price. Unfortunately, the code on the front of the book does not work and I will not be able to complete the online activities for my class. Waste of money and time.

⭐This was way more expensive than buying at college. And such a waste of my time
