Reviews from Amazon users which were colected at the time this book was published on the website:

⭐I wish I had something like this years ago but I don’t think some of the recipe ingredients are good for people with digestive problems especially if you have GERD as well.

⭐Great book. Lots of information about IBS; great tips and recipes. Met my expectations.

⭐Good advice even if you don’t have ibs

⭐Great book for people that suffer with IBS and people who care. It would be a great book for doctors to read. I have suffered with IBS for more than 20 years. I have seen many doctors, taken many tests, tried diferrent medicines, and many different remedies. This by far has helped me the most.

⭐A lot of people have I.B.S but don’t discuss it. Most Doctors know very little. So after reading this book and got on a diet. Stomachs are gone and feel like my old self. A very simple book on a serious subject. I now have friends who have confessed they also have problems with I.B.S.

    ⭐helpful

⭐The book is wonderful about telling you how different foods effect your IBS. All the years I’ve been going to doctors for my IBS none of them have ever explained why certain foods bother my stomach or even suggested changing my diet. I had learned on my own some foods that set off my IBS, with this book I have found more and the reason why. I’ve learned more about my IBS from this book than from any doctor I’ve seen. It is a must have in your library and kitchen!

⭐Great information all round for IBS sufferers, some great receipes, and overall a great read. You will enjoy reading this if you have just been diagnosed since it gives alot of insight into the different categories of bowel issues, and the whats and whys and how to combat the issue

⭐Sadly a lot of the recipes were American ingredients. Most recipes had onions and garlic. Both are bad for IBS sufferers, like me.

⭐This is a gift to my daughter who suffers badly from IBS. I have yet to give it to her, but from a glance at it, I am sure it will be of great help to her enabling her to make her life more comfortable.

⭐Great book shame there are no photos

⭐Great book full of fantastic recipes, cannot go wrong with dummies range in all books.

⭐This is a really good book which explains in layman’s terms the symptoms of IBS and provides food for thought as to what triggers it off. This also includes recipes to make life easier for a sufferer.
