⭐As an EAP lecturer and writing advisor, I was very interested to read this book to see how it differs from other academic writing books. It is aimed at university students (rather than IELTS examinees, for example) and it covers areas that such students need when faced with writing a variety of essay types, probably for the first time. From understanding the brief, understanding what critical means in academia, to understanding the feedback, I can highly recommend this book.

⭐Currently reading for a degree in Business Management and this book definitely helped me to whizz through Essays, Reports and Lecture Notes in a breeze!It gives lots of hints over topics such as note taking, writing styles, languages, grammar…. the list goes on. Was definitely worth getting this book as it will last me throughout my career!If your really cheap, you can research some of the topics found in this book but it will take you a lot of time and effort to find anything close to this. It is definitely one to invest in, the resale value is also very reasonable for friends or family that are going into university!
