Reviews from Amazon users which were colected at the time this book was published on the website:

⭐Used it for my intro to aerospace engineering class. Personally, I found it unnecessarily verbose at time and it can be really hard to find the equations you need to solve some of the problems. I typically hate writing in books, but I actually added the equations that weren’t there to the summary pages just for easy reference. It’s definitely complete and I never had to use outside resources to understand anything, but at times I felt like I was doing a close reading for an English class to get all the details out of it. I’m a weirdo, and would almost rather reading a dry, bare bones book on the concepts. This book tries to sound pretty and it made it somewhat confusing to me

⭐Course I took a long time ago. I guess 5 stars.

⭐I chose this 5 star rating because I bought this book for my boyfriend, he recently bought his at the school bookstore for $275! Wow! that was a lot so I immediately took to Amazon to search for a cheaper book. This was the one I found same edition as the one he got, and it was more than $100 cheaper i was totally sold. I used expedited shipping and it got here in less than 4 days- very speedy delivery. I was very happy with the results- it was pretty much a brand new book I wasn’t expecting that so it was a nice surprise!

⭐Ordered this book for school and it is amazing to get the hardcover version for such a cheap price compared to the other more costly options out there. Definitely recommend this buy, it’s a steal!

⭐Anderson is likely the most widely-read author of aerospace engineering textbooks. He does a good job explaining every concept and the book is never hard to follow.

⭐Some of the equations are buried inside the chapters which made this book really hard to use! Other equations given in class I couldn’t even find in the book.

⭐If you are interested in aerospace and/or studying it in college this book is a must have. Anderson is thorough, anecdotal, and most importantly covers topics in a logical sequence.

⭐This book is so well written a fourth grader can read it. I love all the aviation history anecdotes and ease of reading.

⭐Item in very good condition. Essential reading for any student of Aeronautical Engineering

⭐Pretty detailed “introduction” I must say! It will serve the needs of children who are interested in flight, to aerospace engineering students at uni!

⭐Great book with everything about flying and the underlying physics, however the quality of the paper in the paperback book I got is rather cheap, and does not look like the book you are going to keep and use for a long time

⭐John Anderson makes Aerospace engineering seem as easy as breathing ! Excellent explanations and an very very wide coverage of all subjects. !!!

⭐Bel libro di cultura aeronautica. Tratta degli aspetti ed i principi generali del mondo aerospaziale quali ad esempio l’aerodinamica e la propulsione. Linguaggio semplice se si ha familiarità coi termini tecnici specifici.
