Reviews from Amazon users which were colected at the time this book was published on the website:

⭐Overall I found the book very informative. However, there was one point that cost me a lot of time to figure out since it wasn’t clearly spelled out in the book. On page 56, it says “(…) because an LLC owned by a husband and wife is still considered a disregarded entity by the IRS.” I’m new to this topic, but as far as I can tell the IRS says ” If an LLC is owned by husband and wife in a non-community property state, the LLC should file as a partnership.” It looks like at least for non-community property states, page 56 seems to be incomplete.

⭐Whew! What a read! This really takes you from dummy (or any other intermediate stage) to informed consumer fast. Head was swimming with all the information contained in the pages and was really helpful for getting me informed on starting my LLC before I stepped into a lawyer’s office. I was able to ask informed questions about my particular business startup that would have otherwise delayed the process or had been more costly.

⭐my only regret is I didn’t purchase before getting my LLC. The book has more information in it than I realized I needed. Had I read this before applying and receiving my LLC this would have gone more easy. Even though I bought and have read it twice I am still getting great ideas, hints and help. It’s a must read if your considering starting a LLC. consider it the bible of the LLC. it points out things most people would probably over look or not even think of.If you do one thing before getting your LLC get this book first! Not only would I highly recommend this book I would insist anyone I knew who was thinking of starting an LLC to read this cover to cover first. Up to date info. I can’t say enough positive things about the content. The price is spot on and one of the best buys I have made so far for my business.

⭐I founded a LLC with my wife for our small businesses, and bought this book to learn some basic knowledge and information regarding LLC. I’d say that this book is very well written and organized, so you can easily and quickly find whatever you want for setting up and running your own LLC. Highly recommend.

⭐True to form the LLC offers a complete and in-depth insight, from beginner to veteran business owners, on LLCs. Also, included is a CD library of comprehensive legal documents to save you from an endless internet search. All this info in plain, easy to understand English. A worthwhile read that won’t waste your time.

⭐Very informative book. It really breaks it down to the nuts and bolts of what you need to know. I found information in this book that my attorney & CPA wouldn’t even tell me. If you’re thinking of starting your own company, this book is definitely a must read!

⭐After numerous tries of registering my own company as a LLC, the book laid out a very simple but thorough procedures for registering in my own home state and other states in our union. The CD also contains sample documents for your state making the process simple.

⭐I recently formed an LLC and purchased this book to help me understand the process. The book covers all aspects of an LLC with a little too much detail. I still found it useful. I purchased the NOLO Press “Quick LLC” book which is an easier read.

⭐american booksuitable for americanot suitable for british marketshamesometimes these types of books are a real help

⭐日本人には関係無い話ですが為になります。基本的に州毎に分かれてどうなってるかざっくばらんに理解しやすいです。私は日本人なので難しいですね。
