Reviews from Amazon users which were colected at the time this book was published on the website:

⭐This was recommended by my doctor. You think the average person shouldn’t need this book, but we do. It’s a plain no nonsense read on how to loose weight without the fads.

⭐Okay book, but tells you the same thing over and over again. Not a bad book as a reference.

⭐I think this is a very good book for people who have never learned anything at all about calories. It is definitely a good starting point but doesn’t share any information that we don’t hear every single day about weight loss.

⭐a1

⭐I have been looking for this kind of a diet for awhile now.I was one like it another time, did really well on .I like how the calories change from week to week.

⭐I have tried other diets besides trying to just count calories. You know, sticking with the basics is the best way. I thought I knew a lot about dieting but this book taught me somethings I didn’t know. Even if you plan day to day, knowing what you are going to eat that day and sticking to it really helps sticking to the calorie range and balancing your diet!

⭐The book has excellent information, but I am leary about her plan of 1,000 calories. That is very low. I don’t feel anyone should eat any less than 1,200 calories a day. I can see maybe dipping down to 1,000 calories once in a while, but the author wants the reader to do it every day. This could be dangerous.

⭐This book is great!!!!!!!!!! Teaches you how to prepare youself, has a little cheat sheet, menu ideas, recipes, everything you need!!!! My first “for Dummies” book, and I love it!

⭐Gave it to the thrift shop. Nothing but bad habits it gave me.

⭐Haven’t had time to read this yet as been so busy. Looks ok and simply explained. Did not relies it was American though.
