Reviews from Amazon users which were colected at the time this book was published on the website:

⭐Now that I’m over 55, I find myself in the position of “must have” a new career outside the home. When I first bought my laptop, I thought there was no way I could learn how to do all the things this computer can do…but when I found the series for “Dummies” on just about everything ! WOW that was the greatest day! This series of books are written in such a way, that they are easy to read, understand, follow as you read through and use the computer at the same time !!! I will be adding more of this series to my personal learning selection and if you’re a senior, this is really the way to learn so much more than you ever expected to learn about the computer and may even lead to a greater active experience for working part or ful time, and greatly enhance your volunter qualifications, and oppertunities for the future, I’m so thankful these books are here for me !!! ON another note…we somehow ordered a duplicate, and even though we returned it, the seller stage coach books was kind enough to credit our account and would recommend this seller to anyone!!! Thank You !!!

⭐This book is good for what it’s intended to do…namely, help users learn their way around Office 2007. It get’s 5 stars for it’s functionality. Since I don’t love having to learn the material, and probably won’t ever use most of it, I can’t honestly say I love it, and respectfully suggest that Amazon re-think those little pop-up descriptions of what the stars mean in their rating system. To me “It’s okay” is all the enthusiasm I can muster for the process, but don’t think 3 stars would be a fair rating for this book. It does what it sets out to do, and does it in an easy to follow, step by step manner that leads the user through the learning process. It fullfills it’s purpose and that’s the reason I got it in the first place. It’s good for what it is. It deserves 5 starts, but that doesn’t mean “I love it”!

⭐Fantastic book — in keeping with all of the wonderful Dummy books I have used — one for each of my computer programs through the years and jobs I have had. They are fun too and make learning equally enjoyable and interesting and allow me to not only use the new Windows and Office products properly, but actually to enjoy them and not feel like I am computer illiterate (which, of course I am)……..Wonderful authors too!!!!!!

⭐I needed this for information on Outlook and thought it would be better to have information on all of office. What I got was a total of 50 pages (1/8 of the book) on Outlook and it was almost exclusively HOW TO SEND AND RECIEVE EMAIL !?!?!?!? I may be computer illiterate, but who doesn’t know how to send and recieve emails? This book is only for someone who has never owned or operated a computer at all. Completely worthless as far as I am concerned.

    ⭐husband needed info for something

    ⭐Info I needed

⭐Very helpful when pursuing employment recently. I had only known Microsoft 2001-2003, and was comfortable with it. Agency testing was using 2007 or 2010. I was clueless. Studied this manual and Visually Office 2010 and start acing tests. For example, I got a 90% out of !00% in Excel.

⭐This has helped me through a lot of crisis with Office 2007. Very helpful book at a fair price.

⭐This is really low level stuff, not just for ‘Dummies’ but for beginners with very little or no prior knowledge of Office. Anyone with years’ experience of 2003/XP will be saying “Where’s now” but sadly this book probably won’t tell you. The humour is excessive – if humour is what it is.

⭐I would not want to read it as a book, but a very useful reference for non techs like me

⭐Office 2007 for dummies covers office basics, excel, outlook, power point and access. Its a great book for beginners or refreshers if you did any of the courses a few years ago. It is also great for self study. It wont take you long before you’ve picked up an array of knew skills that you can pick up very quickly from this book. A very good book for the price and it will get you brushed up on your office skills

⭐I bought this as a gift for my father who was upgrading from Office 2003 to 2007.Whether you are familiar with Office, or are a newbie, it’s easy to read and refer to… and more convenient (quicker) than Microsoft online help!

⭐Fast delivery – great! And the book, it is a must-have if just getting to grips with the software! Easy to follow, with all the shortcuts too!
