Reviews from Amazon users which were colected at the time this book was published on the website:

⭐Good resource

⭐This was a huge disappointment. This book is very old and I didn’t learn anything I didn’t already know

⭐As expected

⭐Love it. Easy to understand.

⭐This book gives very clear, easy to understand information about Osteoporosis and everything that you need to know to prevent it or live with it with including foods, meds, and resources for help you may need. Very good for someone just diagnosed with it to prevent it from getting worse and causing fractures.

⭐Just diagnosed with osteoprosis and wanted to learn more about it.

⭐Answered my questions and was easy to understand.

⭐Safe, sound MD advice, clear as a bell.

⭐Useful and informative although the edition I had was getting a bit out of date and I expect there have been new developments of late.

⭐Very informative book and easy to understand. It has useful tips on pain management, diet and lots of things you may not know. I was recently diagnosed and am finding it helpful to understand the facts about Osteoporosis and treatments you may be given.

⭐Having suffered from osteoporosis for a number of years now and having purchased several books in the past, I found them too technical and scientific. This is written in plain language, which is early to understand and contains lots of good tips. for example, if you are taking other medicines, it gives advice on the time that should be left between taking osteoporosis meds and others.I am still reading it at the moment,, but have enjoyed just dipping into it now and again.

⭐The few chapters that applied to me were very informative.
