⭐I am currently taking advanced dynamics ME562 at Purdue. This is the same book the professor uses and has all the content he references in class.

⭐My entire graduate class got this book from amazon and only one of us received the book like it is pictured. Its old and a paperback that is falling apart. One of my classmates the binding in his is almost entirely gone the pages just fall out of the book by themselves.It is a great book for any dynamics class you want to take but you have to be careful handling it.

⭐Good book. I purchased a used copy which was advertised as very good and the product i received holds true on the promise: almost new. Very fast delivery, I chose priority shipping and product was delivered in 2 days.Now about the book:I am a first year graduate student in mechanics and I find this book very good for referencing stuff in dynamics. Maybe not a book for undergrad students in dynamics as it may be difficult at places but if you have taken a preliminary undergrad course in dynamics and looking for a slightly advanced text this book is great. I prefer this over the way too verbose Goldstein people seem to like.

⭐Actually ended up using this book a lot this semester compared to other courses where I don’t use the book at all. This book was a rather helpful reference when doing the homework problems. The example problems are very handy to use as a reference. I’d recommend it, but of course if you’re taking a dynamics course it’s not like you have a choice as to which book you want to use. So…

⭐I found this book to be a waste of money. It doesn’t go into much detail and even though it has examples, they don’t help you with the homework problems at all. Unless my professor purposefully chose problems that were nothing like the examples. But I found it to be very unhelpful. I found myself searching online and reading lecture notes and examples that I could find posted from other teachers. I sold the book back at the end of the semester. No way would I ever refer back to that book.

⭐Was in perfect condition. The material is a little hard to grasp but good to read.

⭐great book, sometimes it is a little more difficult to understand but that is partially due to the material and partially due to the author.
