Reviews from Amazon users which were colected at the time this book was published on the website:

⭐I wanted to learn more about participating in the stock market and needed to learn from a Canadian perspective. Most books seem to be USA based. This book is excellent, well-written, and well-organized. It teaches the basics in simple, easy to understand language. Also provides some solid financial planning information. Definitely a valuable resource and worth the investment. I feel more confident now about investing in the stock market.

⭐Easy to understand, I mean, it is for dummies. But I like that this is specifically for Canadians. I recommend this book for beginners.

⭐This is a great starter book despite authors penchant for silly colloquial commentary. Authors forgot to include chart examples when they are trying to explain technical analysis: seriously. Great book none the less!!!!!!!!!

⭐A very good “beginners” book on the subject. I read it from front to back and I now find myself using it as a reference from time to time. It gave me enough knowledge to begin investing without needing to rely 100% on someone else.

⭐Some useful and intelligent strategies are presented. Still prefer “Personal Finance for Canadians” for dummies though. This book has prevented me from making some bad mistakes.
