Reviews from Amazon users which were colected at the time this book was published on the website:

⭐I absolutely love the way the book started. It creates an organized, clean approach to strategic planning with a step by step process checklist. This checklist is an easy way to understand, implement, and execute key actionables set for your organization. But then, it completely deviates from this plan. You have to reference back and forth, trying to piece together the information that is thrown at you.The success of a plan is its simplicity and ability to consistently execute. I just wish she stuck with her original plan and laid out the book the way she started.

⭐Yes. Great book for strategic planning.

⭐Excellent, good for novice and great refresher for experienced. Step by step highlighting the important things. This is relatively cheap compared to other books on the subject but just a good.

⭐Very basic, as the Dummies guides tend to be. I prefer Balanced Scorecard Planning for Dummies – but this might be an appropriate starter super-Dummies version before you dig into a specific method like BSC. Regardless, a good intro and it will get you started off right.

⭐Thank you.

⭐Item received as expected

⭐On a number of pages with graphics there are formatting problems. On the Kindle for Mac desktop version the graphic covers some of the text with no way to access the text. On the Kindle for Ipad (on an iPad 3) the results are more usable in both landscape and portrait modes, although graphics sometimes go off the edge of the page there is a clickable arrow to see the missing part but there is no way to see the whole graphic. The Kindle Touch doesn’t show the whole of the graphic, they are clipped at the edge of the page with no way to access the missing parts. This is unacceptable for any ebook but worse when you see it with a well known publisher.

⭐It was adequate for my needs.

⭐I found this book an excellent reference to Strategic Planning – for the SME.I found it to be a pretty practical guide to what is in reality a pretty complex subject. I had not brushed up on my strategic planning reading since completing an MBA several years ago so I chose this book as part of my reading list. I found it to be a very good refresher, although its not really designed for large businesses in mind. This book is great for those who work in, or even run a small and medium sized enterprise (SME) who want either an introduction or a refresher to an under-utilised and poorly applied strategic business tool.

⭐No new ideas here

⭐It’s very readable and logical, and takes into consideration the role of strategic planning for non profit organisations. Glad I got it.

⭐would recommend it to ny entrepreneur.Well written fantastly presented and carries on the Dummies legacy od simplifying everything GREAT

⭐Excellent book, very easy to follow and I would recommend it to anyone thinking of starting up their own business.
