    ⭐This book is exactly what I was looking for, all the basic information I wanted on Superfoods with helpful hints on how to prepare with out all the fluff! So easy to read and good for reference at a later point. I like the informatoin and format so much that I am going to buy several copies for family. At $5 per book, it’s a great, inexpensive, gift!I have just started learning about superfoods, but there are so many different articles it’s hard to get all the information you need in one source. The book also helps you understand how they work to improve your health!

    ⭐Wow, this is a wonderful book. It is full of lots of wonderful information on Super Foods. It was packed so well and the service was so fast.

    ⭐It is short but it has good lists of foods that are good and not so good and the reason why so. It is simple and easy to read.

    ⭐I liked this book. It introduced me to some new foods I wasn’t familiar with, and gave me some new ideas for cooking with the superfoods I already use. It was a good book, but not the best book ever written as the previous reviews implied. Upon looking further, I noticed that 3 of the reviews are from the same location (Florida) and most of the reviewers have only reviewed this book and nothing else on Amazon. A bit suspicious. Still, it’s a good book, just not as wonderful/awesome/amazing/fantastic as the other reviews would lead you to believe.
