⭐I read all three books in this series. I must say this is some of the best superhero novels I have read to date. This coming from someone who has read roughly around a hundred superhero novels.Marissa Meyer’s crafts a well thought out story that takes place over three books. The two main protagonist and antagonist are Nova Artino and Adrian Everett. Who is the protagonist and who is the antagonist? After three books I’m still not sure. The lines between the heroes and villains was quite blurred at times. There were two main groups. The Renegades the heroes, and the Anarchists the villains. Like I said the lines were blurred. Is Nova Nightmare or Insomnia. She wasn’t even sure. Was Adrian Sketch or the Sentinel. He wasn’t sure either. It made for quite a compelling story with quite the conundrum. It made for a very different and thrilling story.I don’t want to give to much away. All I will say was that this was very enjoyable. Probably in my top three. I can never decide what stories I read are my number one favorite but this one is definitely in the running. I loved what I call combination powers. Nova has a very unique power but is so skilled she could actually perform at a high standard without powers. Sketch has an even more unique power that he use to create a whole new identity. I thought the concept was pretty cool.By now you probably figured out that there may be an attraction between the Renegade and the Anarchist. The entire trilogy centers around that. That attraction proves huge in the final outcome of all of this. You’ll just have to read it to find out. The first book might be paced a little slow but world building has to be done to set up what is going to be the main focus of the story. I don’t mind slow pacing to do this. There was still plenty of action.Overall I would give this 10 out of 10 stars. If you like superheroes, romance, violence, action, twists, more twists, and even more twists when you thought there couldn’t possibly be anymore then this is for you. I guessed a few things as I went along. Marissa did that on purpose to catch the reader off guard. Some things I never suspected and had no idea. I kind of like both. To figure things out as I go along and to be completely caught off guard. I hope she returns to Galton city where this all takes place and continues on with more of Nova, Adrian and all the others who were in the story. This is well worth the read.

⭐This was quite the ending, to say the least. There were twists and turns, (love) confessions, heartbreak & forgiveness. A lot happens in this & it wasn’t bad. I agree with a lot of other reviews where they talk about the ending & how it feels like this story is NOT over, but for now, we have some suspicions to think about & a pretty much wrapped up ending.I think overall me listening to this trilogy via audiobook hindered my enjoyment of these books, but I definitely see myself going back & rereading passages if not all three books in the future.

⭐Supernova has to be one of the best conclusions to an epic trilogy about superheroes. This story had all of my attention from the very start. I was hooked and soaked up every word, every action, every character, and every plot twist there was. I soared through Supernova and never wanted to put it down, and that’s saying something since I’ve been taking at least a week or two to finish a book. It was just that good for me!This is something I hate about myself, but sometimes I let the hype of a book set my expectations very high, which leads me to be disappointed. So, I was afraid that I wasn’t going to love Supernova just like I didn’t really love Renegades and Archenemies in the beginning, but let me tell you about these turn of events when it comes to my feelings about this trilogy because of how wonderfully amazing Supernova was!Supernova was amazing from start to finish! For me, it had the perfect balance of character scenes and development, plot twists, and action scenes. I was all over the place with my emotions. My heart was racing with so much anticipation at every action scene because the suspense was killing me! My heart stumbled and lurched with the heartbreaking plot twists and the feelings that Nova and Adrian experience. My heart swelled with warmth and love from the family scenes, the friendships, and especially with the relationship with Nova and Adrian (I might’ve even teared up at one part because I felt their emotions and just loved to see their relationship become rocky then overcome those rocky and hurtful situations).I was on the edge of my seat because I just couldn’t fathom how the story was going to end when there was at least a 100 pages left. I wasn’t sure how Marissa was going to pull it off, but boy did she! She ended the story in a way that I never would have guessed. It didn’t feel rushed or hurried; it was like Marissa put in just the right amount of action that did feel like it was going on for so long nor did it feel like everything happened too quickly, and I applaud her for doing so. She did it so gracefully, it was great!I could go on and on, but the last two important things I have to speak about is the freaking SPECTACULAR plot twists that you get throughout the entire book and THE ENDING! The fact that all these connections and clues are right in your face yet you don’t realize they are there until you finish the story and think about what just happened is simply mind blowing. With an exception of one plot twist, I was not expecting any of them–from Phobia’s background to the epilogue and everything between. Trust me when I say that I freaked out and had to sit back and say “ohhhhhmyfreakinggod” multiple times! I was shocked by everything and I absolutely loved it.Now, THAT DANG FREAKING EPILOGUE! I did not see that coming and probably wouldn’t have seen it coming from a mile away! I was not expecting what had happened to actually happen. It didn’t even cross my mind yet when I think of it, the clues are right freaking there despite being small clues sprinkled throughout the story. But man, that epilogue makes way for something more to come from this world that Marissa built and I am honestly excited to see what’s next because there just has to be something new coming. I need more! As much as I am satisfied with the love that I have for this conclusion, I need the continuation of what I was given with that epilogue! All in all, I can say so much more, but I’m going to end here and say again that it is one of the best conclusions to a series and I couldn’t have loved it more! It was purely amazing! Oh, and before I forget, Nova Artino’s entire character arc is truly so fascinating. I love her! Also, I adore Adrian so much more now. He’s too adorable and I just want to hug him! And Max!

⭐I am a big fan or Marissa Meyer. This series is just as gripping as cinder chronicles. The story line is very impressive. Keeps you guessing!

⭐It’s a great book that inspire’s humanity above all else. You think you have the plot sussed as your reading through the book, then you turn each page and “bang” your theories are blown out of the water. You just need to get to the end as your excitement builds throughout the book, I couldn’t put it down and ended up reading this book in a couple of days! I feel a little bereft now I have come to the end of this trilogy and can only hope that Evie’s will get to tell her story too!

⭐My daughter is very upset with this purchase as she was really looking forward to receiving it. This book was supposed to be new- it arrived dirty and with a damaged cover. Not good enough.

⭐this book is so gripping I can’t put it down

⭐Don’t even have to say anything. Best book ever.I’m not even kidding. Great for mindless reading, very entertaining. Recommend highly.
