Reviews from Amazon users which were colected at the time this book was published on the website:

⭐Unfortunately, this book was a bit of a disappointment. As some of the other reviewers already noted, the book is extremely biased toward Dreamweaver, which is fine, but the title should be “Do-it-Yourself Websites using Dreamweaver.” For a person just starting out with creating websites, the thought of shelling out almost $400 to buy the Dreamweaver software is a bit daunting. Part II was difficult to follow without being able to refer to Dreamweaver. Bottom line: If you have Dreamweaver, it’s a great book, otherwise it’s confusing.

⭐The book is excellent for what it claims to be, a basic manual for web sites. However … you cannot be a dummy and do a website. It’s like learning a foreign language. Until you have some knowledge, it is very confusing and discouraging. So yes, the book is for dummies, but web sites aren’t for dummies. The book breaks it down very well, but doing a web site is still very much an uphill battle. I made it half way through the book and decided I’d hire somebody to do my web site.

⭐cool

⭐This will help with my work!

⭐I love most all the ‘for Dummies’ books that I can get my hands on. They are always right to the points that I want to learn about and I love the way that they are structured. This book is very helpful for someone who has zilch experience in building a web site.

⭐BOSS TOLD ME TO GET WEBSITE GOING. THIS GOT ME THROUGH IT STEP BY STEP. IT DOESN’T COME EASY AT 63. THIS WAS GREAT.

⭐Dummies books are usually very good and this one is certainly a great book. I have purchased several books, and have always enjoyed reading them.

⭐Everything was great … great condition …. shipping on time…. Just Great would buy many more books from them!!!
