⭐Great narrative from a guy that spurs convention. I love it. The idea of celibacy thought is a challenging concept.

⭐This is an amazing book which is transcribed from Osho’s most notorious public talk given in hindi in Bombay called ‘sambhog se samadhi tak’ or ‘from sex to superconsciousness’.It created havoc in india at that time. Bascially there is nothing about sex in this book. Osho has made a very basic point that during orgasm you experience egolessness and timelessness which can also be and infact deeply experienced through meditation. Beyond that he has given two exercises during sex one is to slow down breathing which according to him will improve the duration of sex and other is to focus on center of eye during sex.The book also talks about three kinds of sex, physical, psychological and spiritual which was also new idea at that time.This is a highly recommended book if you have any condemnation of sex in your mind. Its not about how to do or enjoy sex…its just makes not want to not want to have sex. It takes away all the guilt of that guilty pleasure.

⭐Hardcover is not good…. I think some content is missing from book… And it’s very small in size..

⭐This is a book that must be read by everyone to understand the huge potential for sexual energy to be transform into higher levels of consciousness. A basic.
