Reviews from Amazon users which were colected at the time this book was published on the website:

⭐Everybody knows that restaurant food isn’t typically low-calorie or low-fat, and this confirms it!! It also offers information for making better choices when deciding on a restaurant, or what to order. I will still get a favorite item periodically- but I’m more motivated to make better choices after seeing the information in this guide. The size is also nice- as I keep my calorie information and recording journal in my kitchen, and don’t want to use up a lot of space. This was a good purchase 🙂

⭐This book is from 2011…probably alot different at these restaurants in 11 years!!!

⭐This book is concise. It has every restaurant i can think of in it and some I did not believe would be in it as well. Very Very informative. I take it with me everywhere.
