⭐Once you get used to the notation it gets easier to read. Spoiler alert!: 1 +1 does = 2

⭐This really isn’t a difficult book to read (quality-wise) and the copies I have of the other volumes were scanned the same way and look the same. Claims that this is “the worst copy” are simply untrue. Always be wary of reviews written by alcoholics.It doesn’t, however, make it clear that this is volume 3 and not 1. As you need to begin with volume 1 to understand the work, this is a pretty big omission.

⭐I understand people find these books to be a bit old and not an easy read. And you really need to start with volume one, since it provides a great discussion to start the reader off.And they are not a pleasure read. But you will learn alot, and the text and their discussions are priceless and definitive.This one is my favorite, it covers well-ordered series and ordinal numbers. Their notes are interesting and instructive Also vectors are in this volume.For 60.00 you can get the complete set on amazon.

⭐Me and My girlfriend, we are into philosophy and such, she wanted Principia Mathematica for a long time, she loves logic. I ordered and bought the book for her birthday. but just a heads up! I chose the nabu edition [with the clock on the cover] believing it was including all volumes , but I was wrong, this is volume III and I don’t see any other vol. by nabu, which would help me complete the entire set. don’t be fooled by this published edition. the cover is not specifying much either, nor it’s details. this led me to a regretful confusion. Where I live the book isn’t available and knowing how pricey it is, then I had no other choice but to buy it online. if you’re going to buy one, for starters, go pick the one that says to *56 on the cover. don’t be fooled by this version. not that is a bad thing, but it’s just isn’t enough nor satisfactory.

⭐We bought the three volume set of Principia Mathematica for the math genius son of one of our closest friends as a college graduation gift. After all, what do I know about gifts for math genius’s. Apparently it was a very impressive gift and the WOW effect was achieved. The books arrived in truly “like new” condition (I think they were) and in the promised delivery time. What more can you ask for. Five star performance without reservation.

⭐I was mistaken.The first words of the preface are as follows:”PREFACE TO VOLUME IIITHE present volume continues the theory of series begun in Volume II, and then proceeds to the theory of measurement Geometry we have found it necessary to reserve for a separate final volume.”Scanned photo copies of the book, 15 February 1913.I was under a previous impression of it being the complete volume set. This is not the case.So if you’re looking for the complete volumes of “Principia Mathematica” by Whitehead and Russell, this is not the book with that intention.

⭐I bought this as a gift for my husband who has wanted this set for a long time and we were both surprised and thrilled with the quality. I was worried when other reviewers has stated that the print was somewhat smudged or looked scanned. However, at least in our set, we did not experience this. Well worth the price!

⭐It is not clear, this is the III, IV &V vol prints. If your looking for the I or II vol ( the true meat and potatoes ) order something else.

Este mesmo documento está impresso neste livro (com os mesmos defeitos de scan e baixa qualidade).O livro se trata da terceira parte apenas, e não deixa isso claro no título ou na descrição.The description does not make clear that this is just the 3rd volume of the book. The quality of the printing is exactly the same as that of a scanned pdf, do not buy this!

⭐I expected to receive volume 1, as there was no volume indication on the purchase page. Received volume 3, and have since discovered that volumes 1 and 2 in this edition are not available – anywhere. Do yourself a favour and do not purchase the this (Nabu Press) version.

⭐Remarks:→ This is only Part III.→ There was no “revision”, it is basically a bound printout of the original “scan. (Note: One shouldnot expect the last argument to be of high value in this case.)I gave “only” 4/5 because there was no information on the first point above.
