⭐ This is one of Robin Cook’s best. The escalating pace of events and imminent danger, grab your attention and don’t let go. Laurie, Jack and Lou are at their best, trying to solve medical questions and doing what needs to be done to bring down an evil conspiracy.
⭐ I truly enjoyed rereading this book by Robin Cook!!! His books keep u reading and turning pages into the late night!!!! I love his characters, Laurie Montgomery and Jack Stapleton!!!! I’ve read several of their stories and they always keep me on the edge of my seat!!! Don’t miss these thrilling stories!!! I was so glad to find a Robin Cook book as an ebook and at a lower rate!!!! Thank u Dr. Cook!!!!! C:o) MCELWOLF
⭐ I know this was used but it said it was in good shape…it is NOT! It is badly yellowed and smells awful. It is so badly saturated with smoke, I’ll never be able to read it. Beware…
⭐ It met my expectations of a RC novel with its pace, knowledge, readability and story line. Very close to being a true page turner. It keeps me looking forward to reading more of his novels. I have already read many of his past works and found them to be all very good with each having different stories to tell and allow me to be more familiar with medical methods.
⭐ I liked the two primary characters and I’ve read that they are in other books of his. This was a fast read for me. I was engaged with the characters quickly and found myself pulling for Laurie all the time – even when Jack seemed to be somewhat dull at times. I will look for Laurie Montgomery and Jack Stapleton in other Robin Cook novels.
⭐ Robin Cook always delivers. The book started out slow but once it got going it was non stop. The medical detail is just enough and educational.
⭐ It keeps you intrigued as tidbits of information are revealed. Then toward the end, the suspense that builds as Jack races to save Laurie keeps the reader on edge; how can he possibly make it on time! Cooks writings are consistently good and this book is no exception
⭐ Robin Cook always does a great job in combining medical knowledge and mystery to create great books. “Marker” is no different. Great character development and an even better mystery this time.
⭐ The excitment towards the end. Getting the bad guys and, saving Laurie. Having many characters involve in solving the mystery.
⭐ Cook is one of my favorite authors. This storyline is so possible today that it makes even me, a RN, worry.Read the Authors note atthe end of the book, After reading the story. People need to wake up and pay attention to the possibility.
